Although the hotel staff was friendly, some of them lacked politeness and needed more training. The hotel is not senior citizen-friendly as there is no lift and inadequate lightings in the corridors.

The hotel was in disrepair and the rooms were extremely dirty. the bathroom had issues with water pressure and the floors were sticky and unhygienic.

Fantastic location with Taj Mahal view, authentic food with great teas, friendly staff, clean rooms and hygiene maintained.
